The Tuesday Babies

I don’t usually follow TV shows and sometimes I think we should get one of those cabinet with tv lifts as our TV is switched off most of the time so it might as well stay hidden.

So it’s not surprising that I have never seen a single episode of Jennifer Garner’s “Alias”.

But last Tuesday, we had one thing in common as we both delivered our daughter on the same day.

For the rest of you who also had a 6th January 2009 Tuesday baby, here is the Chinese Astrology from the “The Everything Get Ready For Baby Book” (Zatina Jones) :

Babies born in the year of the Rat

Loyal and affectionate. They loved to be held, sung to, rocked and cradled in the parents’ arms. Rats tend to be quiet, calm and understated as little ones – perhaps they are conserving their energy for the leadership they will likely achieve as adults. They are also warm and intelligent creatures.

I find this interesting because unlike many other Chinese Astrology readings elsewhere, it’s descriptions for Eu (Sheep year) and Qi (Rooster year) are quite spot on.

So let’s hope this is also accurate – and as potent as that Indian meal ;-)

Ba take care now and rest well… i am sure banyak lagi cerita about your cute baby akan datang kan? :) Looking forward for this lil one too! Eu and Qi sudah cukup entertaining..i wonder this one macam mana. :)

  2. Like emelda said, diam-diam rupa2nya got bun in the oven! Congratulations on a safe delivery and a beautiful baby girl!

I deliberately wanted to have Ezra in the year of the Rat… you know, just in case there’s some truth to it being compatible with his daddy Ox :P

In any case, here’s to a happy and hectic year to you :D

  3. Emelda : Ha! Thank you :-) Yalah, I don’t like to bising-bising until the baby is in my arm. Ya, soon there will be 3 names in this blog…and this one will either be even noisier (kesian papa diorang) or calmer (I think he is hoping she’ll be this, I know I am!)

Lorna : Thank you :-) Eh but you know this book of mine doesn’t say that Rat is compatible with Ox pulak, only Rats, Monkey, Dragon and Dog. Anyway, let’s hope the “leadership” and the “intelligent” part is right!

It’s definitely going to be hectic and I just “can’t wait”…

  4. Katie Ella : As you will too soon :-D

Hannie : Calmer is good enough – after two over excited ones!

  5. KantaLensa : Thank you :-) I didn’t say a thing about this before so you didn’t miss anything.
